What to Expect Wedding photography is very special. It should capture some of the joy, some of the tension, and some of the excitement of the day.
A pre-wedding consultation is necessary for us to make sure I understand your expectations. Photography is personal and I can tailor it to what you want for your wedding day.
The photographs should tell the story of your wedding day. To do that, I shoot a mixture of classic photographs and candids.
There's no doubt that properly photographing a wedding is challenging. This is one day, one chance, one shot to get it right.
Album Wedding Package $2000
I don't have a bunch of complicated packages, but I do offer and extraordinary value. Basically, the Album package covers most everything you'd want.
I'll cover pretty much the whole day - from getting ready to tossing the bouquet. Typically 7 hours.
You'll receive a beautifully bound wedding album. This is a hand-made custom album with 15 10x10 pages (30 sheets) of your favorite photographs. It's a keepsake you'll treasure for a lifetime.
This package also includes:
- Travel and location scouting in a 40 mile range of Vancouver/Portland
- Custom photo editing and enhancing.
- A mixture of color and black and white images.
- Complete set of 4x6 printed proofs.
- An online photo gallery of all your images. Online ordering and purchasing is also available from your gallery.
This is an important day. Having a pro with the right gear and the right experience makes a difference. I can arrange a lower cost non-album wedding package to meet your budget. Expect the same excellent coverage and service as as the album option with the complete set of 4x6 prints and an online gallery for $900.
Other Services Available
Parent Album
A beautiful duplicate of the original album, but in a smaller 5x5 format. This keepsake is available for $250.
Additional Enlargements
Additional enlargements are always available. These are then enhanced and printed by the same lab as the original artwork. Duplicate albums are available as well.
Additional TimePerhaps you want to cover a rehearsal, or other event. Photographer time is $100/hr.
Online Gallery
Photographs are presented on a web page in either a public or private gallery. You, your family, and your friends can view your photographs there and order prints as desired.
Bridal or Engagement Portraits
Bridal or Engagement portraits can be combined with a wedding package.
Wedding Images in DVD Video - $300
This DVD is a collection of your wedding images set to music with Ken Burns effects to create an engaging and beautiful slide show you can share using a DVD player.
Digital Images
Many photographers don't like to lose control of the printing process, myself included. My reputation is built on satisfied customers and the quality of the images people see. Releasing digital images is not something I like to do. In this digital age however, many customers insist on having the original digital images. For those customers, the entire digital set is available for personal use. Delivered on a USB memory stick for $400.

Ok, here's the fine print: The prices shown above are guidelines. Just as with portraiture, Wedding Photography is personal and a one-size-fits-all plan doesn't always work. We can work with you to create a package of services to fit your taste and your budget.
